it wouldn't do well on rocky terrain.

if you could rig the legs with some sort of shocks it might wrok... but like i said, this was never meant to be functional.

You know learning how the muscles and how the body works we could make some pretty cool things. There are robot birds out there that are more efficent then gliders. Robots are being inproved by the design of nature. The future everything gonna be biology related!

Nice design work mate. Although I realise you did not intend to make this, or even make it practical, imagine how easy it would be to disable a tank built like this in actual combat: Those legs would be soft prey to rpg's and armour piercing gun fire (and by gun I do NOT mean sidearm or small arms, before someone pipes up with "a glock would NOT hurt that" I mean REAL guns, as in AT weapons, MBT Main Guns, HE Gatlings, etc).
