Louis Jordan - WHAM, SAM! (DIG THEM GAMS)

1947. From the film, Reet, Petite, and Gone. This is not one of Jordan's better known songs, but it's a good one. The dancer is Mabel Lee, who appeared in so many Soundies (1940's videos), that she was nicknamed, "Queen Of The Soundies". Lee is alive and still dancing at nearly 90 years of age, and can be seen as she is today on a few clips on youtube.
