How do you hold it and then make it launch?

i used the block breaks and then added a few trains but when i did it for some reason it decresed the speed so i had to enter the cheat to get unlimited speed.

well it got the efeacted of top thrill dragster to rolle back almost

cool but first of all, the stormrunner is also an in-game design (dang you rct3).

and you need to use ctrl+shift+f11

TTD shifts between red and white about an eighth of the way up the top hat, then shifts down the entire stretch going down. Other that that, it was pretty good, I guess. :)
