I made this using Sony Vegas (video editing program) and the Sims 2 (video capturing). It took me about three days for the actual video, but a bit longer due to my YouTube n00bness. In my video editing program (as with every program) I put the music tracks in the project. It should have a place to drag audio clips. Adding multiple tracks, like the excerpt from "I Got Trouble", is a bit more complicated. Hope this answers your questions!
