  • He's my professor in Labor Economics.

  • I've read Caplan's book, and am impressed by many of his arguments. However, I don't agree with him that the "crowding" effect of a gas tax holiday will alleviate bad policy. We already got tightened CAFE standards, which are bad, but not as bad as other knee-jerk policies (e.g. ethanol mandates).

    As for Hillary Clinton, we are better off without her at this point. Anyone who claims "I don't cast my lot with economists" should be immediately disqualified.
