@uzimodem ha okay let me see if i can be more explicit, in colombia the childrens dont have enough education in the schools or is parents also the society dont teach to the childrens to be responsable to treat the persons with respect or to be nice people or have ethics nothing like that dont teach that to the kids so is because when they grow up think that can do wherever they want cuz nobody teach us anything about anything also if you kill or hurt someone the cops dont do anything
