Its called bend over. It has nothing to do with gayness though. It is about dominance. If you actually spoke german you would know that ;).
The song is about sexual humiliation and control. They never mention if its homosexual or heterosexual in the song.
When he says bend over, he is not saying it cause he wants to fuck somebodies ass. The translation is "Bend over, your face doesn't interest me".
