I would concur. Too bad they don't make a single-seat F-15 variant option anymore.
A logical plan would be for USAF to say screw it, and go with an increment 1 FY14 buy of F-15E+ w/ advanced augmentor powered F-15s (33.5K thrust each restricted to 30k for improved economy and reduced maintenance). By FY18, buy Super F-15 with a new vertical tail, new CFT layout, new cockpit/single-seat, next gen EW, self-protection, weapons and avioncs and the follow on stage F110 w/ 35k thrust + economy.
