How to evolve Feebas to Milotic on Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald

READ THIS FIRST!!!
This is a guide to evolve Feebas on Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald.
First you have to beat the Elite Four.
Then go to "Berry Master's House" in route 123.
Talk to the Berry master's wife.
Tell her "Challenge Contest", and she will give you Pamtre Berry.
Plant the Pamtre Berry, until you have about 5 of them.
(It takes 3 days to grow)
You can also clone them on Pokemon Emerald:

Then go and Berry Blend with the berries. Give the Pokeblocks to Feebas, so it gets max beauty. Give Feebas one level and it will evolve to Milotic.

@Ace58815 I hate it when people like you bitch about how someone gots cheat codes. For all you know he may have beaten the game & decided to use cheat codes to make the game fun once again. Its no fun when you beat a game & have nothing left to do on it.....

You don't have to have a Pamtre berry at all to evolve feebas... You can use 4 more, these are: Wiki, Hondew,Kelpsy and Cornn berries. Do not use any other berries that make blue pokeblocks though! They do not increase the Beauty stat enough. This way you can get Milotic before the elite four however, you will need to do some planting.
