  • They didn't use the Solway Firth Rhombus rule? It could have given inverse routes straight to Piccadilly, where it would be easy to put the others in irreversible Spoon!

    But then again I suppose those rules leave you open to a lot of parallel "danger" moves. Maybe they were trying to play a less risky game.

  • @bushabloke I Googled it. I don't think there really are rules, except what they're choosing to introduce on different days. Most of the time I think it's mostly about ettiquette & making stuff up. There's apparently a game from a 1960s mag called Finchley Central. You had to name different stations as you pretended to travel the underground, only saying "Finchley Central" at a moment just before your opponent was going to say it. If you say it on your second turn, the opponent is disgusted.
