Wicked Crush is a PC game designed around the concept of an online game where you play alone, but everything you do has a direct effect on other players.
What makes the game unique is how it adds incentive and context to user generated content. Games with level editors have been around for a very long time, but always as a total aside from the core game. In Wicked Crush, the editor is fundamentally fused with the game. The areas that players create are paced intelligently, and how other players interact with the areas you create has a direct effect on your own game.

@VintageBalderdash - That's a good point. That's why we're being very careful about balance, with a lot of safeguards to keep impossible levels out. As well, levels will be much less likely to be chosen by the server if people are unable to complete them. The perfect level is one that challenges, but players ultimately finish. There's a lot more information about this in the FAQ and on the development blog, if you're interested. :)

@sankunsama - I'm glad you like the visual style. The game's soundtrack will be a lot more varied, with a lot of jazz and hip-hop influences.
There will be bigger variety of traps and enemies, with later enemies being far more challenging, and require strategy.

This is a cool idea, but what will stop creators from making impossible/deathtrap dungeons? There's a fine line between challenging and cheap.

I don't know about the idea of rewarding the creator when his level get's someone killed, because that's exactly what you're going to get. If that behaviour is rewarded, people have a huge incentive to make impossible dungeons because it's being conditioned. Obviously the perfect level is as my design teacher told me, "One that puts up a good fight, but is defeated in the end." Much like enemy combat. Enough for a challenge, but not unfair, and rewarding kills is asking for unfair levels.
