Ok I have sony vegas platinum for a movie maker so now I want to know witch is better for effects. Should i get effects lab and vision lab or should I upgrade to sony vegas pro 9? please respond.

I mean can you really do the stuff they do in the preview?

You can do the stuff they show you on the preview, but each effect has a different level of difficulty, fireballs and lightsabers - easy peasy, they have built in presets, on the other hand, making people see-through is a bit trickier, although it is all explained in the manual (I dont do manuals!) aalso if you were to go for the FX Home option, then just go for vision lab studio, because it includes all the features of effects lab.
