I wanted ask you about your opinion on how much leeway that employers have to fired people who express views that are not in line with company culture.

Recently, I read about a high level HR Manager at University of Toledo was fired after writing an op-ed about her opinions of homosexuality, gay rights, and the civil rights movement.
