I've had my siblings pass, my house burn down, and my extended family hasn't spoken to me in 10 years. (I'm 14). You're right, I hadn't really noticed it, but I don't take care of myself. I'm too worried about other people and so forth...I'm living in a dump with garbage bags as curtains and a mattress as a lounge. I haven't been to school in 16 weeks and my hygiene is terrible...I've basically barricaded myself down to nothing...Your advice helped me...Thanks :)

hah, again I'm thinking that you are talking about me... I don't like buying clolthes... my current pair of running shoes are at least three years old... and I finally got rid of a "life is good" t-shirt that was literally falling apart on me. My mother wanted it for a cleaning rag. I wear white, black, blue and grey and that's about it. When I was younger before I realized I had a disease, I would buy a piece of clothing and if I liked it, I'd give it away. Hmmmm.

I like to take a hot bath. Especially if it's cold out. I turn out the light and turn on the walkman or ipod.

I shower a lot. I take a nice long shower and enjoy the water. Shut the door, be at peace and don't think about anything. Just be. Yep, pamper yourself. ps. You look very beautiful and I'm sending you a big hug and hope all is well with you.

Sounds like sleep deprivation. That's surprisingly a pretty common phrase to hear. I've had it before too.

When my depression was at it's worst I would have auditory halljucinations. I would hear voices saying "Hey" and even Hey , "Chris."
