dudes,come on have sense,ive had wierd things happening like cobweb in my dads moms old house moving while the others were still,an apple falling from my basked on the table even though it couldnt have,shit like that happened to me before and i also had alot of deja vu's...even though i wish they were reall spirits but something deep in me tells me that theres an explanation for this.

You are right to an extent. Many experiences have normal causes but the environment and our mindset affects how we perceive it. But there are events that we have witnessed and caught on media that have extraordinary circumstances that go beyond natural occurence. Regardless of your belief system, whether it is a ghost, spirit, or just something in the environment, there are physical anomalies (EM fields, high ions)that occur in these rare events. That's what we are trying to study

Why would someone who can supposedly sense the dead, and situations faced by the dead, ask about buildings and history?

Wouldn't they be providing the history of a place? With 100% accuracy?
