  • that's the brachiocephalic coming off the aorta NOT the right subclavian.

  • @MrPowercar yeh the right artery arising from the aorta is brachiocephalic and left is subclav but i think the middle is just common carotid a., there is no left or right hence the common.

  • according to any a&p book, the 3 structures that come off the aoritc arch are:

    1) brachiocephalic artery

    2)left common carotid artery

    3)left subclavian artery.

    now the brachiocepahlic artery than and only than will create the bifurcation that will give the rise for the right subclavian artery and the right carotid artery.

  • the only mistake i found which is a big mistake, is the fact the the right subclavian vein according to the video comes of the aortic arch and that is false. as well the staeement that the RCC comes off the RSV.
