Sergei vs. Silver Mantis (CoH)

Sergei, my Dark Melee/Super Reflexes scrapper in City of Heroes, beating an archvillain without using inspirations, temporary powers, veteran powers, base empowerment buffs or click accolades.

Thanks to the I13 buffs to Dark Melee, I finally beat her. She does some hard core defense debuffs, but Super Reflexes has hard core protection against that. She also has Build Up, so her damage comes in huge waves that knocked me down into the orange and red. Fortunately, my alternate chain that spams Siphon Life at full I13 speed let me survive the waves of damage. So when you see me using Laser Beam Eyes, you know I'm hurt. She has a self heal and a god mode, so it took a long time to whittle her down, but she eventually dropped.

WOW! That was cool, I hate going against Silver Mantis, I have enough trouble soloing her on villainous, I'm debating whether to focus an a DM/NIN or DM/SR stalker, any recommendations would help. thank you.

I don't know much about Stalkers, but I've heard Ninjutsu is great.

I'm pretty sure I didn't, as this is in a task force that I run "no temps, no inspirations". Also, I have more than sustainable endurance, so I don't need blues, and she doesn't have a drain that I'm aware of. I do have both Conserve Power and Dark Consumption. Perhaps one of them looks like a blue.
