@SomeRandomFeller ok your right its tecnically not a honda but hoonda lost the copyrights so its made the same exact way, yes they are chinese but they ARE also dot certified i own and ride one legally here in oregon never have i or had i signed a waiver of anything its an assembled motorcycle and says so on the title.

@thatkidsmokin these bikes do not use honda motors. They use a chinese motor(the entire bike is chinese) that is NOT d.o.t. OR e.p.a. certified. when people start dealerships and sell these things the consumer must sign a waiver stating that it will not be ridden on public roads.
