Swap out the anchovi/tuna for some bacon or pepperoni, and this might be pretty good. I also noticed that the beer is Sam Adams, so its not like Miller or Budweiser swill. Sam makes quality beers! :)

I like how real this show is because there are moments when Pepin and Child are conversing and exchanging different points of view. I don't think it's entirely scripted. Love both of these great chefs!

It was amazing until the anchovies. then I had to turn away. that's how much I can't stand them. I would put the best deli meats on this thing. anything but anchovies or tuna---disgusting. But BEER now that would go perfectly. and btw, beer is not exclusively American.

I made this without the anchovies which I also can't stand and also added red/green peppers. I bought some very good quality tuna from my local fishmonger - a first for me - and was amazed at how good it was.
