All cultures are probably equally funny, your just being patriotic and I can't blame you for that but how can you think a certain culture determines whether your funny or not? Are you comparing British Comedy to Disney Channel, or British Comedy to American Comedy?

And according to a Time NewsFeed article: "The British, who generally applaud themselves for their wit and sarcasm, did not fare well. I just don't understand why you think that just because someone came from a certain country, it makes them hilariously funny.
