They need to do something with him.I don't really care as long as he isn't on the streets posing a danger to the community.If it was up to me I'd give Jaycee the choice of executing him or putting him on an isolated island far away from any human contact with electrical fence around that extends miles high so he can live in complete solitude away from any possibility of hurting anybody ever again
