  • Most of the lakes are connected by creeks or intermitent gutters that flow after heavy rain, this allows the trout to move lake to lake. Other trout and birds, cormorants and the odd sea eagle, are the only predators the trout have to avoid, though this is usually when the trout are small, as well as fishermen of course! (although most practice catch and release in this special area)
