I don't know how to translate this title into English. I suspect it's a pun. Google mistranslates it as something about shops in the wilderness (desert), but I can tell you this song is about sweet potatoes (it's not that obvious by watching the animation), which is きいも (which is also one of the lyrics yelled, right before "move your body"). It seems probable it's about a sweeto potato shop in the old west.
I think the bit near the end translates to "uncle, how much for the potato?" "300 million yen!"
The sound effect at the end appears to be a saloon door closing but is actually a fart. Sweet potato is very starchy, thus it's a flatulent food. In Japan where sweet potato is sold on the roadside sometimes (also lending credence to the song translation/scenario), it's well-known for that. It doesn't sound as obvious as a western fart (!) because it's a Japanese fart (!!), a "pu" sound.
And yes, that's the same "Move your body" sample used in other songs, including smooooch. It's pretty generic.
A lot is lost in translation with this video, but I think I may have explained virtually everything in this clip...
The same song, different video can also be found on Nico Nico Douga:

Awesome song. Also, that isn't a Japanese fart. I heard many a fart like that. Actually it the only fart noise I use to make my little cousins laugh.
