  • By getting comfortable with it, you get comfortable with it by working on it as much as possible. Perform the box drill, I have that video on my channel at a higher speed and with3-4 steps in each direction.

    Just move around the ring while in your stance pivoting and turning on the balls on your feet while stopping to set and punch. Do this and work up the pace and speed of it and you'll be very comfortable with your footwork.

  • he is punching correctly and the movement is right. One problem though. He is winding up on the hook. You must get that kid out of that bad habit. By twisting back to throw the hook, he is telling (telegraph) the other fighter what is coming

  • @nevermoer what if he is hitting to the body?

  • padwork is really bad... u supposed to simulate an opponent, if u throw a hook to the head then put the f***ing pads where the head is not to the chest

  • @SvenskPersonn he doesn't , because he's body type is different. Do you think everybody must be stallone or shwartzneger? besides he is still very young and weight will grow once he gets older :)
