hey, remember the importance of the BREATHING--hard exhale while repeating to yourself "Squ-e-e-ze and release"
this should give you the right cadence with the slight pause in the contracted "Squeeze" portion.
I think yours is the only thing I pulled up when I did a search on Jreps...
