I'm a Shiloh police officer.....I was working that day. Needless to say, it was a crazy afternoon! I remember responding to Klucker Hall (tornado shelter) to unlock the doors thinking I wasn't going to make it past Eagles Landing....Thank God everyone was ok!

My Grandparents farm was hit by the tornado in Mascoutah it aslo hit their neighbors farm but worse it was that pig farm like it said on the news. my garndparents house was the whit farmhouse on the right side of the road.

Karissa - Thanks for this video - I'm going to try and make a copy of it for my "file" to keep forever ;) I live in Eagles Landing and I've never been in a tornado before (I'm originally from east coast). P.S. I have a similar relationship with my dad :D

Ok, we were in the car while that was starting & every1 on Green Mount Rd was stopped, despite the fact that they had a green light & I'm like "aaaah, babe just go around them." My hubby was driving. He drove us in the opposite direction (west, towards STL) very quickly. I took a few pics with my cell phone before but I was too scared while the debris was flying around us (including a giant street sign) & the car was shaking...BTW, I rather liked the text bubbles and yelling.
