It was me, the father who was shaking with nervousness (perhaps his teacher and my wife too!) as Enzo was playing this. I was too anxious that it was just too soon to play the piece before an audience, having started this together with other pieces barely a month ago ... but as they say ... the program has been printed and the show must go on. To make matters worse Enzo had been playing, well over an hour and he looked obviously tired. I closed my eyes and prayed that it will not be so bad!!! wow!! the anguish ... the travails parents must undergo when their children are "under scrutiny".
Thanks for listening and watching....

  • Even from the opening bars, it sounds like your playing it as if it's Mozart. It's Liszt boy, give it some thumping energy and strength.

  • I'm studying this right now, and I was wondering why it sounded so much easier than the actual difficult material

  • I love this!! I first listened it from a movie named "vitus." The last part looks extremely hard to play! LOL

    Nice playing.

  • @rolipoli this comment seems to be driven by envy..... do you know what talent really is, where do you show this?

  • It is the task of parents to be there loving, caring and not interfering with worry and concern. Worry and concern are the wrong energy. Just take yourself out of the play and give him the chance, as he is wonderful....

  • The ability to learn, master, memorize, "own", and perform a piece at a high level in front of a discriminating audience as you obviously have here, is one of the marks of a TRUE ARTIST AND TROUPER. You've got it, Enzo. BRAVO!!!!!!!!!! :)

  • You are always exciting to watch! Bravo!!

  • Great!!!!!!

  • you have technique but no talent.... dont take too much effort in remember what your teacher told to you and try to sense it by yourself.... but maybe is too much to ask.... is like trying to explain how is the purple color to a colorblind person

  • especially the ending
