The game is called Aion. It recently came out with a new update called Assault On Balurea. You can also find the new update referred as '2.0'.

The option "disable click to move" was checked on by default with one of the patches, if I recall correctly. Simply uncheck it if you wish to use that method.

Only if you install the Chinese client, but there is no reason to do so as there is an English version. (Don't usually answer questions that a simple google search can answer, but I'll make an exception in your case :-P)
