phelps is so unique coz of his body. he bends very far and has big hands and feet which helps

im a bit of a super-technical swimmer, to clarify things, when u breath u should alway stick ur chin out, but be careful not to pick up your chin, the fastest breathing will leave ur chin still touching the water

No..stick your chin forward like a turtle:) That way you aren't pulling your entire body up to breathe...breathe and then put your head back down...understand?
