Take your game to a higher level with Tennis Flex. Target specific muscles in your wrist, arm, and shoulder to crank up your power while preventing injuries and relieving tennis elbow.

The kinetic muscle chain used in each tennis stroke can only be optimally trained if proper resistance is applied to work muscles in the same manner used during gameplay. TennisFlex improves your ability to create a top-spin whip forehand by training your biomechanical specific muscles to work with greater power and synergy throughout your entire body. TennisFlex can be used for every shot in the game to add power, improve agility and decrease your reaction time.

  • I think this is a perfect Tennis-specific exercise tool, especially for pre-game warm ups! I play with a Babolat AeroPro Drive GT, it’s a very stiff racket and a wrist/arm Killer, first 20 min. of playing is always excruciating for me. I tried tennisflex on the recommendation of a local Pro; amazingly I started hitting balls with virtually no pain! And I just felt better hitting my ground strokes! It's been a week now and I can say that I hit with plenty more power and spin since. NTPR 4.5
