The form itself is good, very detailed and executed with good style. This you will learn from any one, BUT What has impressed me is the detailed walkthrough coming from the instructor. Not only does he tell us the technique used, but where at in the belt system it is found. Plus the explanation of the opponent as you strike them. This is a Kenpo Instructor any one who wants to learn needs to go and talk to. I am 7 Star Mantis Gung Fu but also like Kenpo. This guy I would seek to learn from.
