SCTV, 2/11/83 - The first episode of "Vic Arpeggio: Private Investigator" - Pt. 2 of 2 - The scene opens with Velma and her fiance, Billy Hilton, (who reminds Vic of Buddy Hackett). Vic recounts his bad luck over the years, having a reefer planted on him - several times! Velma goes over the events of the night before, then Vic is back to his Jazz gig at the Olde Times Grill. When he returns, Billy is dead, and Velma shows her true colors. But the cops turn up on time. Joe Flaherty, Eugene Levy, Andrea Martin, John Candy and Martin Short.

She killed her finacee becuase he looked like Buddy Hackett!! Andever place Vic got thrown out of was because somebody planted a reefer in his case. Hilarious. Thanks for posting this
