I keep following this exactly and I don't hit level 3 after the wraiths. Why is that?

Wtf do u need these 4 wards? I think that u really need gauntlets or boots before to do nice early ganks

@MrXisco95 no you dont need 4 wards but i am just showing that for the jungle you have that money that you can spend on what ever you like
