  • When I slept in class I used to put my hand on the paper, lean my head on my other hand and look down pretending to be in deep thought about the question, when I was actually in deep sleep.

  • @Ou8y2k2 No more than 6. Dan could probably pull that off. Usually after five Seasons shows start losing their credebility and whatever imagination they had, but I'm sure Dan Harmon is an exception to that rule. I would say not more than 6, also. But I look forward to any more we get from these guys.

  • @willkillyoulast Yeah, in the US they are 2 year colleges. Jeff is supposedly a slacker so he might take 6 or more years at Greendale. Any way you look at it, he would need to transfer to get a BS because you have to complete junior and senior year courses (AKA upper division courses). It's going to be interesting to see how they change the plot/actors in the next couple of years. They will probably end the show after 5 or 6 seasons if it gets renewed.

  • @Ou8y2k2 I didn't have enough characters remainging for Law and Order, but rest assured, it was on my mind haha. Well, I'm going to Community College here in Ireland but I think it's different in America. I think I recall them mentioning that Jeff's course is a four year course, and that' s why I think it should end after Season 4, unless he decides to pick up another two year course. That's why I was saying four haha, but I would love for it to go on for six.

  • @willkillyoulast What I meant to say in a roundabout way is that Community colleges are 2 year colleges, so the perfect end point would have been last year.

  • @willkillyoulast You've obviously never attended a community college, lol. It can end at any time. Some go for a semester. Some don't get their AS degree after 6 years. The rough goal is to either get a degree/cert and get a job, or transfer to a uni after two years with or without an AS.

Anyway, Community will go 6 seasons and a movie like "The Cape". I would also add most of the Law and Orders to your list of Whitney et al.

  • @Ou8y2k2 Damn, I meant to write one of the first. I think TV will eventually just sizzle and burn, soo everything will be done on the internet somehow, but there are some TV shows that deserve to stay right through to the end, or at least get a justifiable ending (In Community's case, Season 4 would be the perfect end point). I can see Whitney, Glee, very many procedurals including the much beloved NCIS/CSI's and all the unnecessary spinoffs getting cancelled, fairly, but not Community.

  • @Ou8y2k2 That's true. I watch everything online but that's becasue most of my favorite shows air on channels I don't even have. TV itself is a dying thing. ButI fail to see why Community should be one of the shows to suffer for it. NBC are just idiots. I don't think anyone even watches that Whitney crap, but air it they do.
