  • You need to remember to use a remote to switch off the peripherals. The TrickleSaver will automatically switch peripherals on and off as needed.

    Most TV's are quite efficient in standby - legislation was introduced years ago mandating they consume <1 watt in standby. It is \ peripheral devices that draw lots of power when you forget to switch them off and when left in standby. 2 power states need to be managed

    1. devices left on

    2. devices left on standby.
