Vivaldi did much more than compose The Four Seasons. Sydney's Pinchgut Opera presents Griselda, the famous medieval story encompassing love, honour, faithfulness, rejection, cruelty, endurance and forgiveness. Truly the soap opera of its day, there are kidnappings, babies spirited away at birth and true love! With spectacular music and a truly affecting story.

Griselda unusual casting has three countertenors: - David Hansen, Tobias Cole and Russell Harcourt, and here they talk about the voice and Vivaldi's Griselda.

Griselda's outstanding other cast members are Catlin Hulcup, Miriam Allan and Christopher Saunders. Erin Helyard will conduct the Orchestra of the Antipodes.
