Betty Boop

Popular cartoon character in the 1930s.
She is well known for her short, red, strapless dress.
Short film showcasing censorship in early Hollywood - 1930s.
The Motion Picture Production Code forced Betty to wear a longer skirt and less revealing neckline. Betty eventually lost her sex appeal and eventually became boring and unpopular.
