That was in Egypt on 19-03-2011 , the first act of real democracy in Egypt a long time , it was a referendum on the constitutional amendments declared by the Military Council by Yes or No .
Nearly 18 million Egyptians voted on just 1 day .

The video is shot in Sheikh Zayed town one of greater Cairo's suburbs .

I don't think you can find very many queues like this everyday :)
