@Mombasaification Yeah what the guy before me said. I actually just started learning how to swim at the local YMCA. Its a challenge for sure but its well worth it. So far in 5 classes I've learned Freestyle, Back Stroke (sorta), Breast Stroke, and Side stroke.

@Mombasaification Your local pool should have adult swim lessons. I recommend face to face lessons first.

@zCLUBz You can breath to both sides or opposite sides, it's whatever suits your technique best. We usually practice both during training and then race breathing to one side.
