You need Eb's, and you need to learn to work together better; everyone was competing at the climax. Clarinet choirs are supposed to be a warm, sad sound. Listen to Russian Christmas Music by Alfred Reed and see what I mean.

That was awesome!
If I may kinldy suggest...
I would use a high e-flat clarinet in place of one of the b-flat clarinets, and instead of a bass and contra, I would use a alto and bass if I had them. I wouldn't use contrabass until I had two bass clarinets. Never have more than two altos.
