@curt118 Hard to say as we don't know the current shutter value: it could be worse when decreasing... but it could be just as bad when increasing. Mainly increasing works better dan decreasing. You'll have to find a setting where the screen looks calm, and has no black bars running over it or other strange things that shouldn't be there.

Well done. He presents the information clearly.
I would only suggest that the camera person adjust the shutter speed to eliminate the field line in the TV monitor.
