Nono you guys got it all wrong. Arceus is the first Pokemon. He emerged from the vortex. He then created the universe, then he created Mew. Mew created Humans and Pokemon. That's why Mew has DNA of every Pokemon. Mewtwo was just a pokemon created as a result of trying to copy Mew's Genetic Code. Deoxys on the other hand is a Virus that mutated from space and became a Pokemon. Now noone knows if there are pokemon like Deoxys on the planet it came from, or Pokemon stronger than Arceus in the rift.

Yea he is, but Mew has all DNA and can transform into any of them, including him, and learn every move. There really is a hole in the history..I wouldn't say paradox, idk
