Train hits Another Train (Head on Collision)

This is a video of a BNSF slamming into another BNSF at 40 MPH.

This is not staged or fake.

One persond died in this crash, and both trains were fixed and put back into service.

@amarkanders777 That was a good guess, but unfortunately wrong. The train crew with the camera had an 'Approach Medium' signal (yellow over yellow), followed by a 'Diverging Clear' signal (red over green). They were lined by the dispatcher INTO the siding. The OTHER train crew disobeyed a 'Stop' signal & fouled the siding switch; causing this collision. 'Google': HQ-2006-48 for the entire NTSB / FRA accident report.

@kmz365 Actually, only one crew messed up. The other crew was just in the wrong place at the wrong time and were unable to do anything to avoid the collision.
