Poor Cosplayer's Mana Makeup

Ok so.... I decided to try to do mana's makeup with as few products as possible.

Had some video issues, so I only have post process pictures, but if there is enough response I will probably re-do it.

It was just a royal blue eye pencil from a drug store down the street. I do have nicer M.A.C. products, but the purpose of this video was to be as cheap as possible... So I used cheap products.

I watched your other videos and they were amazing! I can't wait until I actually get to dress up and do my makeup like that (or as close as I can get to it) But I dread my makeup running :(. What would you recommend I use to lessen the wear and run of makeup? A certain product or specific type of makeup?

I am particularly fond of M.A.C. products for cosplay (they have a fixative that will keep your makeup in place).
