@ilirkatolik: He did lie! He never said anything about "longterm" sexual relations. "Relation" means something completely different from "relationship." A relationship is longterm. "Sexual relations" in my book simply means anything sexual, ie oral sex, handjobs, anal, vaginal, whatever. It's just a polite way of putting it, a broad term that covers everything. So yes, he did lie.

On another note, there's so many tells in this video it's not funny. Count the qualifiers he uses!

If Bush ever did that and got caught, he would have been thrown out of office without hesistation and bashed on TV. Besides, Bush would admit it, because he never lied. That's why everyone hated his speeches because he didn't tell you what you wanted to hear.  He told you what was going on.
