1. USAF claimed they destroyed 300 Yugoslav Tanks in 1999. Truth is that they only took out 16.

2. Taking sides in a war in the Balkans (where the feuds go back 1000 years) is never a good idea. That's what started World War One after all (NATO and Russia nearly did start WW3 when they threatened to attack other over control of an airfield in Kosovo).

3. If Yugoslavia is a "rogue state," why bother with a half-hearted bombing campaign and just invade the whole country?

Bill Clinton's attempt to reduce or eliminate the U.S. budget deficit would end the "industry" of Treasury bonds and yields that earned billions of dollars to bankers. Some kind of "Judith" or "Esther" had to be made​to remove him from power. Strange that the North American public has not understood.
