Exactly. Limb independence, speed, and control takes a lot of practice. My advice to you is to go to a music store and find a book (or two) for double bass. Just keep practicing and track your progress as a means of motivation.

I always played on the Guitar and I'm told I'm good since I can FC almost any song on Expert (Like fury of the storm and TTFAF) but I was wondering if you could tell me how to practice rythm with feet because I always get mixed up with the drumsticks and the pedal while playing D:
