Hey - sorry to comment on your post, but the actors and actresses in this film are given lines and they trust in the writers' & director's judgement, so no need to bring them in - the issue is the message in the script's dialogue here.

Yes I agree , but sadly there is an issue of transphobia in relation to Stonewall's history of dropping of the "T" .

Also , if SW don't want to represent the trans comunity , then they shouldn't .

But, the inclusion of the trans issue in the film is done very badly .If they want to make the effort , then they should do just that , and not be so tepid and half hearted about it.

No, hence the 'maybe'. I agree that it may not be the best film for the trans community, I'm just saying it's aimed to help the 'LGB' part and stonewall is a charity for lesbian, gay and bisexual people anyway. I have nothing against the trans community at all, I'm just saying it's main aim is to tackle homophobia.

Possibly for the trans community, but for the lesbian, gay and bisexual community this film is really good.
