  • This is lovely. I was wondering if you also play the music from the original 1981 BBC production of Brideshead Revisited. It's absolutely stunning. Happy New Year!

  • @catnipnbone Thank you! I will check into the 1981 version. I don't have have that soundtrack as yet. Happy Holidays. Cheers, Rob.

  • Beautiful playing and video :) Very inspiring to watch and listen.

  • @NadiaComposer Thanks NadiaComposer! Have a nice week. Cheers, Rob.

  • Lovely. And I like the angle you've set your video camera! So many pianists struggle with that issue!

You make things seem nice and easy-flowing and ever the gentle touch.

  • Thanks Terry! Yes, I think I'll stick with this angle. Kinda looks like I'm standing playing a keyboard. How are you making out with your new software? You've got a fan club at this end patiently waiting for your next video.

  • ugghhh I love it! So smooth and easy it's like a "string of peals on a white neck"

  • @TruePiano1 Thank you Rob, have a nice week. Looking forward to watching more of your beautiful videos and enjoying great music you're playing so beautifully.

    Love from UK,

    Nadia

  • I've heard many other people playing Brideshead Revisited's music but nobody caressed the keys as you do. This music holds all the sweetness and grace of the first part of the movie. Thanks!

  • Thanks Colin! Happy New Year to you and your family. I have a Yamaha GranTouch Digital Upright Piano GT10. I got it from a Yamaha music store that had been using it for piano lessons. Got for almost half price. I really like it although it probably needs some maintenance since some keys play a louder than others. The sound that you hear is from a soft synth. I'm happy with the sound of the last 3 videos but I sure would like to have that Yamaha sound module you have! BTW, what is that module?
