If run-of-river power is as bad as this video makes it out to be, why not show some existing ROR installations and show the negative effects they are having? All I see is footage from the construction stage of one plant which is taken before they've done any of the mitigation and cleanup so of course it looks ugly. Why not investigate an operating ROR plant and see what they look like, and see how healthy the river is?
